What a year it's been. Diagnosed with uterine cancer, I went through a complete hysterectomy, followed, three months later, by a repair surgery. I then suffered traumatic anxiety and was put on Paxil. Healing was slow, my body was exhausted and the withdrawal symptoms while reducing the medication were horrible.
This is when I heard of Soleil Saunas and far infrared therapy. I checked them out and was impressed by the product but before making a decision I needed to research some more (it's in my nature, what can I say?). I gathered up information from two other companies and compared the features of each sauna like how it was built, the type and size of emitters, their number in the saunas and where they were located, then I went and tried each one out locally. In my opinion the Sunlight Sauna topped them all.
The Sterlings kindly offered me the use of their Solo while we were waiting for our unit. Without it, I really don't know how I would have survived those weeks of withdrawal symptoms and pain. They were always there to answer my many questions and give support.
We've been using our sauna for a few weeks now and the whole family enjoys it. Even my husband who was a skeptic is using it every day because he is amazed at how much more energy he has.
I firmly believe that a person can regain their health back by cleansing the body, giving it proper nutrition and exercise and reducing the amount of stress. I could never stand the level of heat of regular saunas but far infrared therapy seems to fit right at the heart of it all. It's now part of our lives. Thank you!
